There is a tradition in my family. The origins are unknown to me. For some of my siblings it would have been quite easy to keep up with and only came about a couple of times. For others of my siblings it is much more frequent and possibly impossible. Well the time has come again for me to owe ice cream. This much anticipated moment was made even sweeter because it took so dang long, but the day finally came, and its time for me to pay up! So here you go, virtual ice cream via blog. If you want the real stuff you will just have to come and get me!
You WILL be getting me REAL ice cream!!! I still haven't heard enough of the details yet anyway... you should invite him to the BBQ's that are going to be happening soon :) Let US decide what YOU should think ha!

ReplyDeleteDetails Jessica. You can't just blog that you owe ice cream and not have details. However, when you left on Wednesday I told your dad that you were going to owe ice cream and he asked how I knew. I just knew, I'm the mom! AND, yes, Kassie, your husband (Jessica's brother) did not pay up. (The tradition is: You owe ice cream when you kiss your date for the first time.)

ReplyDeleteAnd let us not forget about your wonderful brother in this whole ice cream thing... I prefer that you bring the guy along w/ you. I could care less about the ice cream, and more about shoving ice cream into his face after I mock him and make sure that he is man enough to to even consider dating my darling little sister. And after I mock, and shove said face in ice cream... If he is still around, I'll consider yet if he is good enough to date you. Deal?
